About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for selling emergency equipment (e.g., patient transport stretchers, defibrillators, mechanical chest compression systems, consumables) in the regions of Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Salzburg and Upper Austria
Comprehensive relationship management and customer care for existing clients, as well as acquisition of new customers
Implement marketing and sales strategies throughout the sales process and conduct negotiations with physicians, managing directors and regional associations
Create and follow up on orders to ensure a smooth delivery process and high customer satisfaction
Participate in internal meetings on organization, development and business matters
Advise and train customers, including physicians and emergency services, through workshops
Requirements
Qualification in the medical field (e.g., EMT, paramedic) or a completed degree in medical technology, healthcare management, nursing, business administration or a related discipline
Strong advisory skills and a sales-oriented mindset, excellent communication, flexibility and the ability to build and maintain sustainable networks
High level of initiative and results orientation
Valid driver’s license
Fluent German and very good command of English
Ideally several years of sales experience, preferably in the medical technology/medtech sector
Experience with CRM systems and digital sales solutions
