Role Overview
- Develop and manage tourism and ecotourism products and experiences.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and service providers.
- Close deals and grow client accounts.
- Manage and update tourism-related online platforms and websites.
- Oversee social media accounts and online presence.
- Lead day-to-day business operations and ensure client satisfaction.
- Represent Brights in tourism-related events and opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in tourism, ecotourism, or destination management.
- Strong network of tourism contacts and potential clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of digital platforms, online marketing, and tourism trends.
- Ability to lead operations and work independently.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
