Support the HR team in contract and administration needs.
Requirements
Previous experience working in an HR department as an admin, recruiter or coordinator (or similar).
Relevant CIPD qualifications (Level 3/5) or alternative formal qualifications (such as an MA in HRM) or equivalent work experience would be desirable (or a willingness to work towards them)
Great communication and relationship building skills
Experience in using HR information systems is desirable
Good knowledge of employment legislation
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Knowledge of the Spirits industry and/or working in an environment with a mixture of manufacturing and head office teams would be advantageous.
