Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview

• Play a fundamental role in customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Make dozens of calls per day, working with enterprises, SMEs and MSMEs
• Generate interest and qualify prospects
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calling and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Perform effective online demos to prospects occasionally

Requirements

• 2 years of inside sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Hindi and English
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
