Monitor and manage incoming client campaign requests in ClickUp, ensuring tasks are properly categorized, prioritized, and assigned to the correct internal teams (ad ops, email ops, design).
Confirm receipt of all required campaign materials within two business days and proactively follow up on missing assets.
Audit all incoming campaign assets for completeness before handing them off to the activation team.
Perform QA on ad creatives, paid social previews, landing pages, and email templates before anything is shared with clients.
Coordinate asset creation requests with the internal design team and manage the review and approval cycle end-to-end.
Schedule and assign campaign setup tasks to ad operations and email operations teams based on campaign scope and team capacity.
Manage existing ClickUp workflows and templates, identifying gaps or inefficiencies when they arise.
Submit dashboard requests to the engineering team by completing campaign blueprint documentation, including naming conventions, target audience, and channels, ensuring dashboards are delivered within 10 business days of campaign go-live.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding campaign status, timeline updates, and approval requests through email, Slack, or Teams.
Participate in client calls when needed to capture action items and ensure tasks move quickly into internal workflows.
Communicate proactively about go-live timelines, mid-campaign updates, and any blockers.
Facilitate ad-hoc client reporting requests by routing them to the ad operations team.
Ensure standard campaign dashboards are prepared and delivered to clients according to established service level agreements.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, digital advertising coordination, or a similar operations-focused role.
Hands-on experience with ClickUp or comparable project management tools such as Asana or Monday.
Experience working in media, publishing, or digital advertising environments is a strong plus.
Strong quality assurance instincts and attention to detail when reviewing campaign assets and deliverables.
Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow tools such as Gemini, ClickUp AI, or similar automation solutions, along with a willingness to continue learning.
Clear and professional written communication skills for asynchronous client interaction.
High level of self-sufficiency and proactive problem identification.
Strong organizational abilities and accountability in managing multiple campaign workflows.
Comfortable working with collaboration and productivity tools including Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of operational outcomes.
