Develop and implement category strategies for the following product groups: Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Cardiology, Electrophysiology (EPU) and Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Medicine, Neurosurgery / Neurostimulation and Interventional Neuroradiology (INR)
Identify, plan and execute group-wide standardization projects, involving end-user groups at the company’s hospitals
Maintain and develop existing and new supplier relationships
Ensure availability and quality of products
Work closely with strategic purchasing and the operational departments

Completed training in a nursing or medical-technical field, or an equivalent qualification
Ideally experience as a ward manager, department head (e.g., OR manager) or many years of operational hospital experience
Specific product and end-user knowledge for the responsible specialty area
Solid understanding of hospital supply logistics, purchasing in healthcare, or product management for medical devices
Analytical and strategic mindset as well as negotiation skills
Strong data affinity and proficient use of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Willingness to travel occasionally to the group’s various hospital sites as required by the role
