About this role
Role Overview
- Shape how European designers, brands, and label printers encounter and interact with the Avery Dennison brand
- Conduct user research and design across websites, portal, interactive tools, and emails
- Collaboratively surface user insights and facilitate user testing
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test user flows
- Design pages, components, or templates utilizing the existing design system
- Source and/or art direct compelling imagery
- Develop email templates that align with our digital design system
- Act as brand guardian and maintain robust design systems
Requirements
- A degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
- Mastery of Figma, Miro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and UX best practices
- Evidence of facilitating user testing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while engaging and collaborating with non-creative stakeholders
