5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR technology and solutions
Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance, preferably in HR systems
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Proficiency in HR software and systems, as well as testing methodologies
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Experience in implementing and optimizing HR solutions
HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements in HR technology
