About this role
Role Overview
Supports the growth and optimization of the iGaming portfolio through business insights, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
Partners closely with internal teams and B2B stakeholders
Leads and facilitates customer relationships
Understands customer needs, representing both BCLC and B2B needs
Utilizes knowledge of the product lines and provides analytical oversight and strategic guidance across B2B initiatives
Requirements
Post-secondary degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration
4 to 6 years in eGaming including experience working with Marketing, Product, CRM, and managing key stakeholder relationships
5 or more years of experience in the Gambling industry
Understanding of basic revenue forecasting, profit management and business planning concepts
Thorough understanding of BCLC’s and PlayNow’s strategic direction
Extensive understanding of PlayNow platform systems and vendors
Exceptional communication, public relations and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous/unknown territories
Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the gaming industry
Knowledge of Gaming criteria under the Criminal Code of Canada is preferred
Computer skills – MS office suite
