Role Overview
- Work closely with all Operations functions to identify field resources for various tasks
- Dispatch necessary team members to client locations for service installations and troubleshooting
- Identify and assist in onboarding potential new partners
- Maintain an accurate scheduled forecast of Field Installation events
- Support Project Management and Design Engineering teams with required documentation
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service area
- AA Degree or equivalent experience in computer science is desirable
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Bi-Lingual is desirable
