Manage inbound customer communication, including phone calls, emails, and sales inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and solutions-focused service.
Prepare customer quotations and coordinate internally to confirm pricing, product details, lead times, and order requirements.
Enter and process customer orders through MTC’s ERP and CRM systems (SAP B1 and HubSpot), maintaining accuracy throughout the sales and fulfillment process.
Process customer payments, including credit card transactions, in accordance with internal procedures and financial controls.
Maintain accurate and well-organized customer records, sales activity, and order information across internal systems and databases.
Track ongoing and upcoming projects through MTC’s CRM (HubSpot), maintaining an accurate and up-to-date project database.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows, strengthen process efficiency, and support continuous improvement across account coordination functions.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support customer needs and ensure a high level of service throughout the order cycle.

Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data, order details, and customer information.
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related account support role.
