- Experience managing field sales reps/BDM's

- A proven track record of achievement of targets and goals
- Strong business sense and market knowledge
- Using initiative and taking ownership to drive through results
- Strong attention to detail and diligence
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Strong organisation and time management skills
