Own team quotas, forecast accurately, and drive consistent monthly attainment.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor team's performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals.
Monitor pipeline health and ensure reps adhere to a structured sales process.
Participate in key prospect calls, negotiations, and deal strategy discussions.
Refine sales messaging, discovery frameworks, and objection-handling techniques.
Ensure full adoption of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong).
Partner with Sales Enablement and Marketing to equip reps with competitive intel, product updates, and sales assets.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sellers.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback through weekly 1:1s, team meetings and ad-hoc training.
Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.
Collaborate with North American Head of Sales to develop strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze market trends, prospect needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to expand market share.
Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Provide accurate, timely forecasting to Head of Sales.
Analyze sales data to uncover trends, and improvement opportunities, adjusting strategy based on insights.
Requirements
5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, building & coaching high performing teams and individuals
Previous experience selling into B2B (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales

Located in the Chicagoland area and can work a hybrid schedule in our beautiful North American HQ T/W/TH each week located at 125 S. Clark St. in the loop.
