About this role
Role Overview
As part of our Marketing focus (Évidence Habitat), you will provide support on customer relations, satisfaction and consumer services.
Within a dynamic team, our future apprentice will be able to develop through the following tasks:
Co-designing in-store events and creating briefs
Developing the Relational Engagement Plan for our in-store "Espace Pause"
Contributing to the development of Weldom's customer relationship strategy and the deployment of initiatives (chatbot, Instaply, DIY workshops...)
Analyzing customer feedback/verbatims by business area to improve customer satisfaction
Creating new customer surveys to enhance the in-store customer experience
Requirements
You are completing a Master's degree at a business school or university, specializing in Marketing / Communication / Digital.
You demonstrate rigor, organization and leadership to successfully carry out your projects.
You are recognized for your creativity and curiosity.
Finally, you are proficient with office tools (notably Google Suite).
