About this role

Become an expert in both our Fintech (payouts, credit, FX) and our SaaS (CRM, workflow automation, data analytics) offerings.
Pitch and close Talent Agencies and MCNs, helping them implement our service for Business to manage their entire roster.
Directly engage high-net-worth creators to migrate their business banking to our Banking.
Manage the journey from cold outreach and "un-ignorable" DMs to technical demos, contract negotiation, and final closing.
Identify opportunities to move Banking clients onto our CRM, and vice versa, creating a locked-in our ecosystem.
Build and refine the "Playbook" for navigating agency gatekeepers and creator entourages.

Proven track record in both Fintech (numbers-driven) and SaaS (solution-driven) sales.
Comfortable calling a CEO at a top-tier agency or DMing a 10M+ sub creator.
Understand how a CRM solves operational pain.
Speak fluently about API integrations, data silos, and workflow automation.
Understand the economics of YouTube-from CPM fluctuations to the complexity of multi-channel management.
C1/C2 level in English.
Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese at C1/C2 level.
