Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with client business goals.
Optimize campaigns in real-time based on data insights, delivering ongoing improvements and maximizing ROI.
Provide feedback and recommendations to content processes, ensuring data-driven insights guide creative development.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance campaign results and drive client success.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Paid Social or paid advertising in general.
Strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
A sharp analytical ability with a desire to dive deep into campaign outcomes.
Experience in retail and consumer brands from a previous role, either in-house or at an agency.
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite.
A team player who enjoys sharing ideas and contributing to collaborative efforts.
A desire to grow professionally and become highly skilled in your field.
An interest in business development and a deeper understanding of business strategy.
Bonus Experience:
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with ad buying through Google Ads.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms in an operational role.
Knowledge of how pixels work and how to set them up, Meta in particular.
