Play a pivotal role in planning and executing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with client business goals
Optimize campaigns in real-time based on data insights, delivering ongoing improvements and maximizing ROI
Provide feedback and recommendations to content processes, ensuring data-driven insights guide creative development
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance campaign results and drive client success
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Paid Social or paid advertising in general
Strong communication skills, both in Swedish and English
A sharp analytical ability with a desire to dive deep into campaign outcomes
Experience in retail and consumer brands from a previous role, either in-house or at an agency
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite
Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools (bonus)
Hands-on experience with ad buying through Google Ads (bonus)
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms in an operational role (bonus)
Knowledge of how pixels work and how to set them up, Meta in particular (bonus)
