Sourcing & supplier base management
Manage and develop the supplier panel (warp and weft, jersey, denim, leather, components, labeling, packaging)
Support sourcing in collaboration with the design studio
Attend international trade shows and conduct factory visits
Organize and manage material, trims, leather and packaging sourcing/onboarding
Coordinate material selections in line with the project timeline
Initiate, develop and monitor exclusive colorway and print studies
Follow up and chase developments and collection orders to ensure deadlines are met
Analyze technical data and certifications
Recommend corrective actions in cases of technical, environmental, pricing or timing non-conformities
Anticipate manufacturing/industrialization risks
Verify and validate information in internal systems (Orli, PLM)
Manage raw material stocks held by subcontractors
Overall tracking and coordination of material flows

Higher education (fashion school, business school or textile engineering)
Experience in a similar role, ideally within a premium brand
Autonomy, initiative and ability to prioritize
Excellent organizational skills, rigor and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for product and materials
Fluent English required
Proficiency with office and production management tools (MS Office; knowledge of CEGID a plus)

Negotiate prices, MOQs and production and delivery lead times
Analyze and control price structures
Calculate and optimize production requirements
Quality control: component risk analysis, initiation and monitoring of internal and external tests and inspections
