Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Business areas with support from your manager and team members.
Improve our talent pooling management.
Support and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Produce and share data-driven reports to improve our recruitment processes and performance.
Challenge and refine existing recruitment processes for continuous improvement.
Lead or participate in various projects: events, referral program, ATS workflows, hiring process improvements, candidate experience initiatives, and recruitment tools.
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting business profiles for scale-ups or fast-paced companies: minimum 4 years (we're looking for a seasoned professional).
Desire to grow as an individual contributor (IC) and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Native French speaker and fluent in English.
Tech-savvy (ATS, LinkedIn, automation tools, Notion) with strong sourcing skills.
