Own the enterprise software implementation delivery strategy across Sage, Acumatica, and future enterprise software offerings
Define and continuously evolve the AMS implementation operating models, methodologies, and standards
Act as the executive escalation point for complex or high-risk client engagements
Ensure implementations deliver measurable business value and align with client success outcomes
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Managers, enabling them to effectively lead project teams and client engagements
Collaborate with Client Success Management, Client Enrichment, and Ongoing Support to ensure seamless transitions post-implementation
Requirements
10+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, ideally within a consulting, managed services, or Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment
