Supervise and coordinate the entire payroll process to ensure greater accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with external providers for payroll management
Respond to employee payroll questions and provide clear explanations
Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to compensation
Administratively manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding, etc.; produce associated documents (contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.) and maintain HR data in our HRIS
Manage enrollments and changes related to company health insurance (mutuelle), provident plans, and other employee benefits
Identify and implement improvements to streamline and automate HR processes related to personnel management and payroll
Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving the employee experience and supporting the company’s growth.
Requirements
You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-growth environment (scale-up, dynamic SME, etc.)
You have strong payroll knowledge (experience with Silae is a plus) and are familiar with personnel administration processes
You have a good knowledge of French labor law and the ability to apply it on a daily basis
Experience managing legal obligations related to the CSE (works council) is a plus
You possess analytical skills and great attention to detail in data handling
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a fast-moving environment.
