Act as the trusted advisor to the Plant Director (North) and the Northern UK team.
Contribute actively as a member of the Immingham plant senior team, influencing business decisions through a people lens.
Translate business strategy into a clear people plan that supports operational goals.
Coach and support leaders to build capability, drive performance, and manage change effectively.
Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Maintain a visible and accessible HR presence across the site.
Drive performance management processes, ensuring clarity, accountability, and development focus.
Support communication and engagement activities across the site.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and foster a positive site culture.
Support and lead organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective planning, communication, and implementation.
Contribute to and lead HR projects aligned to wider business and HR strategy.

Proven experience as an HRBP, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong employee relations experience, including managing complex cases.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
Ability to support others to meet production targets and improve their performance.
Flexible to travel between locations when needed.
