About this role
Role Overview
Act as the primary HR point of contact for managers on all HR-related matters.
Contribute to the implementation and execution of the group's HR strategy.
Challenge managerial practices and coach/support leaders.
Manage the full HR cycle: onboarding, training, and development.
Oversee employee relations matters in coordination with the Group.
Ensure diligent management of HR administrative files.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and French labor law.
Actively participate in HR transformation projects.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a demanding, international environment.
Strong knowledge of core HR practices and French labor law.
Recognized for a business-oriented mindset and the ability to understand operational challenges.
Agile, pragmatic, and able to prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and constructively challenge.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
