HR Business Partner

Role Overview

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for managers on all HR-related matters.
• Contribute to the implementation and execution of the group's HR strategy.
• Challenge managerial practices and coach/support leaders.
• Manage the full HR cycle: onboarding, training, and development.
• Oversee employee relations matters in coordination with the Group.
• Ensure diligent management of HR administrative files.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and French labor law.
• Actively participate in HR transformation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in a demanding, international environment.
• Strong knowledge of core HR practices and French labor law.
• Recognized for a business-oriented mindset and the ability to understand operational challenges.
• Agile, pragmatic, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and constructively challenge.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
