Contribute to the development and improvement of the sales process and CRM based on data-driven insights.
Streamline and continuously improve the usability of Virta’s CRM tool ( HubSpot and its integrated add-ons).
Own and support the operational management and development of our CPQ processes and tooling (configuration, pricing, and quoting).
Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement and optimize sales processes and systems across the end-to-end funnel (lead → opportunity → quote → order).
Provide day-to-day support to sales teams throughout the sales process (incl. pipeline hygiene, process adherence, and tooling guidance).
Ensure sales reports and internal intelligence are available for the sales organization; develop new reporting tools as needed.
Improve constantly the data flow between CPQ, CRM, ERP and data cloud (Snowflake).
Support and continuously improve ERP-related sales operations processes , ensuring a smooth handover from sales to order processing, invoicing, and revenue recognition in collaboration with Finance.
Act as a key business owner for CRM–CPQ–ERP data flow , ensuring accurate and timely transfer of customer, product, pricing, contract, and order information.
Manage requirements, testing, and rollouts for integrations and automations between HubSpot, CPQ, ERP, and other adjacent systems (e.g., billing, contract management, product catalog), working with internal stakeholders and technical teams/vendors.
Define and maintain data standards and governance for key objects (accounts, contacts, products, pricing, contracts, orders), including validation rules and quality checks.
Identify integration gaps and automation opportunities; propose solutions that reduce manual work and improve data quality and compliance.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Relevant experience in Sales Operations or in a similar role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid project management skills
Relevant experience in delivering business outcomes (increased velocity, increased win rates, decreased rep ramp-up time, improving sales force performance)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and drive initiatives forward.
Fluency in English
Residency in EU (no relocation offered for this role)
Experience in selling B2B solutions in a SaaS environment is a plus
Experience from the EV Driving industry is a plus
Experience of Hubspot, CPQ tools, NetSuite and/or any type of data integrations is a plus
Experience of successful implementation of AI in prospect-to-cash processes is a plus
Professional level language skills in French, Finnish, German or Swedish is a plus.
