As an Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of client projects while providing strategic input necessary to grow assigned accounts.
You will be responsible for delivering excellent client service at all times and building longstanding, profitable partnerships.
With a proactive mindset and commercial awareness, you will manage budgets and billing accurately, ensuring all agency products meet the highest quality standards and align with client objectives.
You will manage and develop client projects and handle day-to-day running of accounts.
You will provide strategic input with a view to growing assigned accounts and delivering excellent client service.
You will build positive and longstanding and profitable relationships with internal departments and external partners.
You will develop and maintain a strong internal and external profile while fostering respect and credibility.
You will proactively identify and pursue account growth opportunities across all agency services.
You will serve as an effective deputy for the Account Director in their absence.
Requirements
You possess a recognised marketing qualification.
You have three to five years of experience working within an agency environment.
You have agency work experience that aligns with the specific requirements of this role.
You have proven experience in managing corporate clients.
You are a competent and experienced marketer with strategic experience on either the client or agency side.
You possess strong competencies in client and account management as well as strategic thinking.
