Service Account Manager, MW & SE

Role Overview

• Provide sales coverage for the Midwest Southeast USA region (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin).
• Be the primary point of contact to build new and long-term relationships with customers.
• Continually look for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients' objectives and goals.
• Ability to drive client retention and satisfaction throughout the territory.
• Serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
• Maintain organized and detailed territory records in the Company’s CRM system.
• Represents all product lines assigned on each mill visit
• Responsible for the territory forecasts, budgets and cost controls.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering or 5 years’ experience in Pulp and Paper.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience and established relationships with the customers in the region is preferred.
• Knowledge of the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is required.
• Willingness to travel
