About this role
Role Overview
Develop new business and build a portfolio of new clients
Schedule and conduct meetings with key agency and brand decision-makers
Meet and exceed predetermined quarterly sales goals
Ensure complete customer satisfaction and retention
Act as a team player and client advocate at all times
Own the sales cycle – from lead generation and closing to renewal
Collaborate with account management and trading teams to upsell clients
Maintain an up-to-date Salesforce profile – Salesforce proficiency is a plus
Share weekly pipeline updates with the team and management
Be present and in regular contact with clients
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years of sales experience in digital/mobile advertising with a proven track record of success
Established network of contacts within Benelux media agencies
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and work effectively as a team player
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent in French and English
