Own the day-to-day management of paid media and campaign performance
Partner closely with the company’s paid media agency
Monitor, evaluate and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI
Drive strategic planning with the agency around audience targeting
Maintain a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences and offers
Collaborate on campaign creative briefs, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
Evaluate creative performance and translate insights into actionable briefs
Provide regular performance reporting and insights to the leadership team
Identify and evaluate new audience segments and growth opportunities

4–5 years experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within fast-paced DTC environments
Strong hands-on experience managing paid social and paid search channels, particularly Meta
Comfortable working directly in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience working collaboratively with external agencies while maintaining strategic ownership of performance outcomes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate it into optimisation opportunities
Experience briefing creative teams and contributing to performance-driven creative testing strategies
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
Experience running TikTok advertising or willingness to manage the channel directly if needed
Experience in subscription commerce or familiarity with how acquisition quality influences retention, LTV and subscription growth
