Lead workshops with stakeholders to identify business processes and produce detailed requirements specifications
Write user stories, map user journeys and model data flows in close collaboration with UX/UI Designers
Clarify specifications for developers, participate in Agile ceremonies, and prioritize the backlog according to business value
Define test plans, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide functional support at launch to ensure a seamless user experience

3+ years of experience in Functional Analysis or Business Analysis
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Comfortable leading workshops and communicating with diverse stakeholders (Business, Developers, Operations)
Strong writing skills and an ability to synthesize information
Familiarity with data flows and integration/exchange systems
