Role Overview
- Support a major player in the tertiary sector in transforming and optimizing its business processes
- Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and draft detailed functional specifications
- Configure and deploy target modules while ensuring the overall coherence of the solution
- Provide user training and post-deployment support
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in business analysis within the Odoo ecosystem
- Strong expertise in business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, or HR)
- Proven experience in a consulting firm or with an open-source solutions integrator
- Ability to challenge business requirements and propose standardized, sustainable solutions
- Fluent English required
