Serve as their primary point of contact throughout the project.
Ensure lasting and measurable client satisfaction.
Oversee implementation of data-focused projects: business applications, data platforms, data lakehouse, data visualization, data quality, data governance.
Coordinate internal (on-shore and/or near-shore) teams and partners.
Ensure deadlines, budget and quality are met, with a results-driven commitment.
Anticipate risks, remove blockers, track KPIs and provide smooth reporting to the client and management.
Create and maintain the backlog for implementation across sprints.
Contribute to RFP responses. Identify growth levers for clients: functional extensions, redesigns, modernization.
Co-create roadmaps aligned with the client's business priorities. Stay actively informed on innovations in your sector.
Requirements
4+ years' experience managing data development projects (preferably data integration or data platform), ideally in an IT services company (ESN).
Proven expertise in project management (preferably multi-disciplinary, multi-stakeholder).
Strong digital background and good knowledge of related technologies: data collection/integration solutions, data lakehouse, data platforms, data visualization, and network/performance issues related to large volumes.
Proficiency in project management methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Leadership, entrepreneurial mindset and strong customer service orientation.
Experience managing commitment-based projects in an ESN environment.
Experience working in Cloud & Data Infrastructure technical environments as well as Web.
Able to collaborate with various stakeholders: Sales, Clients, and technical profiles.
Professional English required (ability to lead a meeting).
