Lead end-to-end delivery of customer engagements from scoping through execution and renewal.
Serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders while managing cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned to business outcomes.
Own engagement plan including scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Product, Support)
Implement delivery governance: RAID logs, status reports, change control, communication plans
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Customer Success
Define and track value metrics: adoption, performance, time-to-value, business impact
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
7+ years in consulting, professional services, or program/project management with enterprise customers
Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations (SaaS, data/analytics, AI/ML, MarTech/CDP)
Strong stakeholder management with clear, confident communication skills
Expertise in project management: planning, estimation, risk management, governance
Experience owning SOWs, budgets, and profitability for services engagements
Excellent presentation skills; ability to translate technical topics into business language
Experience in global, cross-functional environments across time zones
