About this role
Role Overview
Consult with inbound leads to deeply understand customer goals, timelines, and long-term needs
Apply a consultative sales approach to guide customers through design, pricing, and production decisions
Own and manage customer accounts with a focus on nurturing repeat business and long-term value
Maintain a structured, self-driven sales workflow with clear follow-up cadences and prioritization
Manage your pipeline in HubSpot with speed, accuracy, and strong CRM hygiene
Confidently handle objections and position THE/STUDIO as the trusted alternative to “cheap but risky” sourcing options
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team Lead, Production, and Design teams to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate execution
Oversee order tracking, delivery coordination, and post-sale follow-ups to strengthen customer relationships
Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, tools, and workflows as we scale
Requirements
3–5 years of recent, quota-carrying sales experience (not historic)
Strong foundation in consultative sales (Account Executive–type experience preferred)
Proven ability to manage and nurture customer accounts and generate repeat business
Experience selling products or solutions in high-velocity, SMB, or service-based environments
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1 minimum)
High energy, professional presence, and strong video communication skills
Coachable, curious, resilient, and comfortable receiving direct feedback
Interest in apparel, custom products, or manufacturing is a strong plus
Experience collaborating with design teams; Adobe Illustrator knowledge is an advantage
Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (HubSpot experience is a plus)
Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-moving startup environment
Comfortable working US hours (PST and EST)
Remote-ready setup: laptop/desktop with at least 8GB RAM, stable internet (10 Mbps+), and a quiet workspace for customer calls
