About this role
Role Overview
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT hardware, software, and managed services.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for SMB clients.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
BS in CS/SE OR BBA / MBA (preferred for business-focused roles)
Minimum 1 year experience in IT sales or call center sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with MSP offerings, cloud solutions, and IT hardware/software products.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
