Oversee the effective delivery of all core HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes, HR administration, onboarding, and performance management.
Develop, standardise, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure operational excellence across all regions.
Ensure compliance with employment law, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Lead, support, and develop a team of five direct reports responsible for regional HR operations and recruitment/diversity strategies.
Oversee recruitment strategy and workforce planning activities, ensuring the organisation attracts, retains, and develops the right talent.
Lead annual pay and performance cycle planning, ensuring fairness, compliance, and alignment with budget.
Provide senior oversight for complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
Plan and lead major restructuring and redundancy programmes in a legally compliant, sensitive, and well-organised manner.
Champion and drive a high-performing, inclusive, and values-led culture across the organisation.
Requirements
Significant senior HR leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site or multi-regional organisation.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams.
Strong background in operational HR, with excellent knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and compliance.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale transformations and reorganisations.
Expertise in recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and HR systems.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD level 7) preferred but not essential.
