You prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, agreements, and employment references.
You support the hiring process administratively and work closely with our recruiting team and HR Business Partners.
You serve as the operational interface to the HR Shared Service Center and ensure smooth processes.
You support managers and employees with questions regarding flexible working time models and family-related absences — for example, parental leave or part-time arrangements.
You actively contribute to onboarding new colleagues.
You actively participate in HR projects or take on special tasks focused on modern HR processes.
Requirements
You hold a qualification as a business administrator/HR specialist (e.g., Betriebswirt/Fachwirt), ideally with a focus on HR, and have relevant experience in the field.
You are proficient with standard PC applications and familiar with the SAP system.
In your daily work you keep the needs of our customers in focus.
