HR Consultant – Fixed-Term

Role Overview

• Provide HR consulting services in compliance with Swedish labor laws, internal processes, and international regulations.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, legal documents, illness overview, and absence talks.
• Handle the employee handbook, collaborate for a positive work environment, and oversee rehabilitation cases.
• Monitor HR budget and address pension and insurance queries.
• Communicate changes in law, processes, or procedures to upper management.
• Manage internal transfers and advise the global HR team on employee relations.
• Participate in projects to enhance HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish labour laws and regulations.
• Experience in working within and developing HR policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Swedish.
• Familiar with HRIS’ such as HiBob.
