You support individual departments as a Business Partner, develop clear roadmaps, deliver decision-ready analytics, and not only bring projects across the finish line but ensure they have real impact.
You act as a sparring partner for the CEO, Finance and leads and as the right hand to the Head of People & Culture.
Business Partnering: sharpen priorities with leads, moderate trade-offs, and create decision readiness.
People Strategy & Roadmaps: set up and manage a focused roadmap per department covering recruiting, onboarding, development, performance, capacity and KPIs.
Analytics & Planning: define a top KPI set, maintain a single source of truth, deliver a dashboard suite and monthly KPI reads, and run rolling forecasts together with Finance.
Delivery & Change: deliver prioritized initiatives with clear scope, milestones, risks, communications and enablement.
Operating Model & Governance: clarify RACI, establish review cadences, and document and follow up on decisions.
Exec Readouts: prepare decision slides with scenarios, cost/impact presentations and a clear recommendation.
Requirements
6+ years in People Strategy, HRBP, Org Design, People Analytics or FP&A-adjacent roles in growth environments
Proven track record delivering and scaling 0→1 initiatives, not just designing them
Strong in structuring, storylining, prioritization and saying “no”
Confident with HR systems and a BI mindset; proficient in KPI reads and basic predictive signals
Degree in Business Administration (WiWi), Business Informatics, Data/Business Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or HR/Labor Studies with a quantitative focus
