Optimise customer touchpoints and communications across key patient lifecycle stages (onboarding, re-ordering, reactivation, patient care)
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting in Looker.
Conduct deep-dive analyses into retention, LTV, patient behaviour and journeys.
Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate the impact of new or updated features, discounts, or communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, patient care, international markets) to drive impact and data-lead decision making.
Support international expansion with market-specific insights and performance tracking.
Maintain high data quality and ensure consistency across Snowflake, DBT, and Looker.
Propose data backed insights and recommendations to c-suite to reduce churn and improve customer loyalty.
Developing and implementing predictive churn models by examining customer data.

Proven experience in customer or growth/retention analytics.
Extensive experience in a subscription, SaaS, or similar online business model.
Understanding of LTV dynamics and growth metrics.
Expert-level SQL skills.
Familiarity with BI tools like Looker (or similar).
Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
