Requirements
‘In-the-Platform’ experience: You must be a power user of Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record of scaling budgets from five to six (or seven) figures.
Bias for Action: You prefer moving fast and iterating over lengthy strategic planning.
Decision-Making Confidence: You are comfortable holding the ‘kill-switch’ and making high-stakes budget reallocations based on early performance signals.
Growth-Centric Analytics: Proficiency with Looker, Google Analytics, and attribution platforms (Triple Whale/Hyros).
High-Intensity Spirit: You thrive when the pressure is on and the targets are clear.
