Hit clear CAC and ROAS targets, balancing short-term growth with sustainable CM3 profitability.
Own the paid social testing roadmap from creative hypotheses to full-funnel scaling.
Develop and execute campaigns that build both acquisition and brand equity using Meta to drive new customer growth, omni-channel purchase intent (D2C, Amazon, grocery), and repeat buying.
Partner with the Creative Strategist and Growth Director to evolve messaging and formats that work across the funnel
from awareness storytelling to retention-driven reactivation.
Lead the creative testing process
Own the end-to-end creative testing framework on Meta from ideation and briefing through to structured analysis and scaling.
Collaborate closely with our Creative Strategist to develop briefs grounded in insight, data, and brand narrative.
Maintain a library of creative insights, frameworks, and playbooks ensuring learnings flow across growth, brand, and e-comm.
Build weekly and monthly performance reporting on CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin connecting paid social results to business impact.
Requirements
4+ years’ experience managing Meta ads for a fast-growing consumer brand (D2C or CPG preferred).
Deep understanding of creative testing, audience strategy, and the paid social performance funnel.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with CAC, ROAS, and profitability metrics.
Excellent collaborator able to work cross-functionally with creative, brand, and growth teams.
Strong communicator who can turn numbers into clear, actionable insights.
A balance of creative intuition and data discipline.
Comfortable owning outcomes and excited by the pace and ambition of a high-growth brand.
