Role Overview

• Play a pivotal part in the growth of Sessions as we continue on our mission to bring our food brands to every neighbourhood across the UK.
• Using knowledge of the UK-based food scene, proactively research, identify and approach new operator partners.
• Build rapport with stakeholders and ultimately sell in the value of a partnership with Sessions.
• Support these accounts through the onboarding and launch process.
• Work closely with the account management and culinary teams, to ensure their success and profitability.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or commercial experience.
• Thrive in cold-outreach and building relationships from scratch.
• Degree achieved from a top university.
• Street hustler prepared to ‘get stuck in’ and do what it takes to close deals.
• A relentless work ethic, drive to succeed and competitive edge.
• Strategic and analytical thinker, able to elevate the business from the day-to-day where appropriate.
• Ambitious

• Well-rounded individual, willing and able to flex and take ownership where necessary outside of their areas of core responsibility.
• Strong commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills.
• Charismatic and energetic with a passion for food.
• Prepared to work very hard, take responsibility and make decisions at speed.
• Comfortable finding order in chaos, prepared to quickly evolve and adapt in line with the business.
