About this role
Role Overview
- Contribute to the definition and communication of the product vision and strategy
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch
- Gather and define product requirements, translating user problems into clear specifications and user stories
- Track product performance metrics, analyze data and qualitative feedback, and implement changes to continuously improve our product
- Identify and socialize improvements to our ways of working
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B space
- Proficient in English, French is a bonus
- Solid understanding of user research principles, problem framing, and requirements elicitation
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on complex or data-driven features
- Exposure to AI-powered products, automation, or advanced analytics, either through direct product work or close collaboration with technical teams
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and facilitate ideation or discovery workshops
