Role Overview
- Write persuasive and compelling content that highlights Sweep’s value proposition.
- Organize and lead bid-related meetings to ensure all contributors are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
- Serve as our in-house French expert for bid content and resources.
- Help track product feedback and trends from prospect and customer requests.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a similar or transferable role
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- Effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure managing multiple deadlines
- Experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with Loopio or other RFP tools is a plus
- Familiarity with RFPs and buying processes is a plus
- Experience in B2B software-as-a-service is a plus
- Work or educational background in sustainability is a plus
