About this role
Role Overview
Identify and qualify new leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound channels.
Schedule and organize product demos for Account Executives to support the full sales process.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing and internal teams to maximize sales outcomes.
Use the CRM system to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily activities in a structured way.
Stay up to date on trends, regulations and market developments in digital accessibility.
Work proactively, with a willingness to learn and curiosity, actively contributing to the growth of the sales team.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in sales roles or lead generation.
Strong drive, results orientation and resilience.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work in an organized and independent manner in a dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, Lusha, Apollo).
Native German speaker and good command of English.
