About this role
Role Overview
You identify potential clients through targeted outbound activities (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn research) and generate interest in our solutions.
You work closely with our Account Executives and support the entire sales cycle.
You apply a consultative, creative approach to understand our clients' needs and deliver genuine value.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
Experience with CRM systems and tools such as Apollo, Lusha, or Lemlist.
Excellent communication skills — both written and on the phone.
A charismatic, passionate, and customer-focused personality.
Self-reliance, strong self-motivation, and the ability to adapt flexibly to new situations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Native-level German and good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
