About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies that drive local market activation, community engagement, and customer acquisition.
Lead integrated marketing initiatives across wireline and wireless products while building strategic community partnerships.
Ensure unification and prioritization of all products (wireline and wireless).
Organize and manage localized events and create and execute localized partnerships with a 360 approach.
Develop and execute community engagement strategies and manage communications and influencer strategies.
Optimize customer experience in communities and develop end-to-end integrated customer journeys.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in strategic marketing, go-to-market management, or community marketing
Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing localized marketing strategies and market activation
Demonstrated experience managing integrated marketing projects and cross-functional initiatives
In-depth knowledge of the Quebec/Ontario market and its cultural specificities
Experience in customer journey management and acquisition strategies
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and data analytics tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, etc.)
Proficiency in CRM systems and customer relationship management tools
Skills in budget management and marketing performance analysis
Knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement tools
Familiarity with omnichannel strategies and event management tools
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Leadership and ability to influence and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Strategic thinking and holistic 360-degree vision
Ability to establish and manage strategic community partnerships
Cross-functional collaboration skills and government relations management
Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to local markets
