About this role
Role Overview
Provide exemplary support to both applicants and clients across multiple platforms
Take a hands-one approach to provide excellent service and support
Handle high-volume calls and correspondence
Assist in managing group email accounts, as assigned, in a professional, courteous and timely manner
Address applicant and client needs with high-quality results
Exhibit exemplary customer service skills
Maintain relevant notes/documentation in applicant and organizational accounts
Data entry, as necessary, to update and maintain internal systems and records
Perform job functions with an upbeat and friendly attitude
Exercise excellent judgement in decision-making to routinely deliver exceptional support
Work with various departments internally, as necessary, to meet the needs of applicants and clients
Work as an effective team member, listening with others and contributing to the overall success of the Company
Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of a high school diploma
Relevant experience in a client/customer service role
Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and timely follow-up
Advanced organizational and time management skills
Software savvy and technically adaptable
Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Must be able to absorb procedures quickly
A keen eye for innovation and efficiency
