About this role

Manage and grow the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms
Create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands
Negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand
Coordinate with in-house teams to ensure collective success of brands
Responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and collaborate with business development team

Min 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee)
Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude
Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
Ability to develop a brand ecommerce strategy and translate this into annual & monthly activation plans
Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans
Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
Project management experience
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
