You will be given responsibility for building trust-based relationships with public sector customers and positioning Dustin as their preferred IT partner by driving tailored solution sales from prospecting to close.
Together with your team, you take care of winning tenders and developing strong relationships with public sector customers.
Proactively develop business with both existing and new public sector customers, identifying opportunities and building long-term relationships
Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and tendering to negotiation and closing deals
Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, deliver on targets, and position Dustin as a trusted IT partner.
Requirements
You have a bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
Experience with B2B sales, preferably towards the public sector
Experience or knowledge of public tendering processes and a strong network within the Swedish public sector is a plus
Technical skills and understanding of IT solutions, enabling you to translate customer needs into tailored offerings.
